Helping People Build Resilience and Strength
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy effectively alleviates psychological symptoms by addressing and resolving their root causes, thereby improving overall functioning and enhancing emotional well-being.
Dynamic psychotherapy consists of sessions aimed at exploring various facets of life. This may include current life circumstances as well as past situations. Such exploration offers an opportunity to comprehend and resolve the underlying origins of illness and pain.
This healing not only offers an opportunity for personal growth but also introduces a new perspective on life. As emotional strength develops, it enhances self-worth, boosts confidence, and fosters better interpersonal relationships.
Telehealth
Living in a regional centre, Dr Touma wants to help people who live in regional areas to also have access to psychotherapy. This is the ideal use of telehealth sessions.
